Starting this little blog because I feel responsible to all the students that leave our high school campus for the college campus, and then somehow never make it to graduation day.  They are bright, witty, smart individuals--but they get sidetracked by a hundred different obstacles in their lives.  Suddenly, it's 5 or 6 or 7 years, and they still haven't graduated from college.  They might feel disillusioned about why they went to college, and add a few more semesters to this "break".  This is just one scenario--there are hundreds more.  The point is:  enough students make it to the first day of college.  Not enough make it THROUGH college.  I'd like to write about things that help a student get from point A (day 1 of college) to point G (Graduation Day).   Because to be honest from this very first post:  it is NOT as simple as going from point A to point B in a linear fashion.

Hope you'll check back and join the discussion!  For all my students in the journey of going TO and THROUGH college.  You guys are awesome.
